We collect the information you provide in application and enquiry forms, such as your name, position, organization, contact details, fund or company information and the mission you are interested in.

How we use it

Submitted information is used to review eligibility and fit for a certified trade mission, to respond to your enquiry, and to share relevant mission information and documentation with you.

Sharing

Mission participation involves sharing delegate details with mission hosts and participants where relevant to the program. We do not sell your information.

Retention and removal

We retain submissions for as long as needed to administer mission programs and respond to enquiries. To request access, correction or removal of your information, email irwin@trademissions.org.

Third-party services

Some pages link to third-party scheduling and video services. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
